Shipping Details: Cupcakes are shipped FedEx overnight. Orders are shipped from Oh My Cupcakes! Mondays through Thursdays for Tuesday through Friday arrival. Orders must be placed (and your confirmation received) by 1 pm Central time for next day arrival. Please note, cupcakes cannot be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays. Orders that are placed on these days will go out in the next available shipment for a Tuesday arrival.
We take great care to ensure that your cupcakes are shipped in beautiful condition, and we make every effort to be sure they arrive in equally beautiful condition. But we gotta say...once it leaves our shipping facility here, it's out of our hands and our control. We cannot issue refunds for late deliveries based on weather or factors beyond our control.
